Crystal Healing uses the subtle vibration of crystals to restore balance and harmony.
Crystals have a unique and very stable energy vibration which is related to their color, internal structure, hardness, and shape. One can say they work as an amplifier for the energy. In order for crystals to work to their full potential they are cleansed and "programmed" before your session (you will be asked beforehand if you want crystals to be part of your healing and to indicate the specific issue you want to address so that they can be programmed to your specific needs).
When used in therapy, the stable frequencies of crystals encourage a stressed or imbalanced human energy system to gently rebalance itself. Usually the color of the crystal used corresponds with the color of the chakra of the body which is worked on.
In a treatment, crystals are selected and placed on or around the client according to their needs.
